今天考物理，不是讲很难啦，
至少那些字母拆开的话我是认识的。
才开始考试，就很多人都已经睡觉了，
haiz,跟早上的情形不一样，
或许早上一直玩到太过累所以充电??
上华语节的事候是跟加强的，
才几个人上课罢了，50%，其实也算是不错了啦。
虽然没有超过三分之二，但是这已经是在预料之内的了。
今天班上的空气很清新，因为氧气很足够，
谢谢那没有出席的50%同学，
因为你们让班上的氧气异常的充足。

视觉化-Visualization

觉得耳熟？这句话是我在myfm 听到的，觉得很有道理，同时也带出了视觉化的力量。

一位心理学家做了个实验，他找来了几位篮球玩家，把它们分为两组，A与B组。
A组被指定每天练习投篮20分钟，而B组则每天进行20分钟的视觉化，想像自己成功投篮，不允许练习。实验结果出炉，惊讶地发现A组与B组的投篮技术进步程度几乎相同。
这怎么可能？
首先，A组的成员在练习时总会有失手的时候，每次失手，都对他们有所影响，他们也同时练习到如何失手。而B组只想像成功投篮，使他们对成功投篮的感觉，记忆更加的深刻。

到底什么是视觉化？
主要就是闭上眼睛想像，想像你想得到的东西，想像你已经得到它，想像时越逼真，仔细越好，包含着感情，味道，声音的想象。有点类似激励的作用
EG:我每次跑步前，会想象自己很轻松的在跑步，跑步时快乐舒畅的感觉。

ITS ALL ABOUT DOTA... form3 vs form5
At 6/26/2008,thursday, there was a dota match between form5 and form3. Form3 "chio" form5 to fight 5v5,ap game and ar game, after they manage to beat form4 few days ago.The form3 taught that they could win over us, unfortunately, they were beaten down 99 !!!! 2 match were played..ap and ar mode.. (no replay,play at cc how to give replay wan cucuk pendrive also cannot)

AT first,the match was very confusing,because the scourge didnt gb the sentinel,resulting them to farm 99!! but all of us bought black king bar,which reduce the chances to die.Then,the form3 request for a remake..

Although we , form5 manage to win them, however we still need to pay total money of rm10 for playing more than 4 hours plus..arghhh !!!! RM10 can eat 5 pack of rojak!!! omg...sad for form3,they lose to us..match ended with scourge 2, sentinel 0..
